Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Credits are bought in advance. Unused ones are refundable within 30 days of purchase; spent ones are not, because the work they paid for has been done.

Unused credits

Any credit still on your balance is refundable within 30 days of the purchase that added it, in full, with no reason required.

Spent credits

A credit that has been spent is not refundable. It paid for a verification that was carried out and answered, and that answer cannot be returned. Where a check failed on our side and returned no result, no credit was charged for it in the first place.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact form with the address on the account and the receipt Paddle sent you. We answer within two working days and do not ask why.

Who returns the money

Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase, which means Paddle took the payment and Paddle issues the refund. The charge on your statement reads PADDLE.NET*, and the money returns to the card or account it came from, usually within five to ten working days once the refund is issued.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page reduces a right you hold as a consumer where you live. Where local law gives you a longer or broader right of withdrawal than this policy, that law applies. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
