Email and domain pricing
Email verification and Domain Intelligence pricing
Buy prepaid credits and use one balance for email verification and Domain Intelligence. Larger purchases lower the cost per credit. The calculator shows the purchase price and how many email checks your credits cover.

At least 10,000 full checks
100,000 credits
Purchased credits expire twelve calendar months after payment is confirmed.
The minimum purchase is 100,000 credits. Choose a check depth below to see how many email checks that covers; the purchase price stays the same.
Email check depth
Checks the address format, domain and mail routing, and may ask the receiving server about the mailbox. A full check uses at most 10 credits and can still return an unknown result. No email is sent.
The email-check estimate assumes the maximum charge for the selected depth. You can use the purchased credits for either product.

How credits work
One balance for both products
Choose the operation for each request. The amount you buy affects the price per credit; it does not change which features you can use.
Cost per operation
A full email check uses at most 10 credits; a domain check uses at most 2. A complete Domain Intelligence lookup costs 1 credit for Standard or 2 for Extended. All use the same prepaid balance.
Access at every volume
Every account can use both products in the account interface or through the APIs, with the same result details. No subscription is required.
Enterprise purchasing
Contact sales if you need custom terms, invoicing, procurement support or a security review. Enterprise purchases cover the same services.
Domain Intelligence builds a profile of a domain’s mail routing, provider and email security settings; it does not verify a mailbox. A complete Standard lookup costs 1 credit. Extended adds registration data when available and costs 2 credits when complete, or 1 if only the Standard part completes. Other partial results and replays of saved answers cost 0. Adding network data does not change the charge.
Purchased credits expire twelve calendar months after payment is confirmed. The order shows the exact expiry date; your account shows the nearest expiry and your available balance.

Email verification
The same verification terms at every volume
Account checker and API
Check an address in your account or send it through the API. The same charging rules apply to both, including checks paid for with free starting credits.
Evidence behind each result
Results include the individual checks, reason codes and freshness information, so you can see what was established and what remains uncertain.
No charge for malformed input
An address that cannot be parsed is rejected before a lookup and costs 0 credits. A well-formed address that proves undeliverable can still be charged.
Reduced charge for incomplete full checks
A full check that returns unknown costs 2 credits if it established a valid mail route. It costs 0 if it did not, or if a technical failure on our side prevented an answer.
Repeat requests and stored results
A new request for the same address is charged under the same rules, even when it reuses a current stored result. Retrying the same request with the same Idempotency-Key does not create a second charge.
Support
Support response target: one business day.
From request to charge
How an email check uses credits
Submit an email address
Use the account checker or API and choose a full check or domain check. The depth sets the maximum charge.
Credits are reserved
We reserve the maximum charge from your available balance while the check is in progress. Those credits cannot be used for another request yet.
The result sets the final charge
When the check finishes, we charge for the result under the rules above and release any unused reserved credits back to your available balance.

Pricing questions
What does a credit pay for?
A credit is the prepaid unit shared by both products. A full email check uses at most 10 credits; a domain check uses at most 2. A complete Domain Intelligence lookup costs 1 credit for Standard or 2 for Extended. Confirm a new account’s email address to receive 1,000 free starting credits, enough for 100 full email checks or up to 500 domain checks. You can also use them for Domain Intelligence. No card is required.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Purchased credits expire twelve calendar months after payment is confirmed. Your order shows the exact date. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
Are duplicate addresses charged?
A new verification request for a duplicate address is charged under the usual result-based rules. It may reuse a current stored result without another mailbox check. Remove duplicates from your list before submitting it if you want to avoid repeat charges. Retrying the same request with the same Idempotency-Key does not create a second charge.
Are unknown results charged?
For a full email check, unknown costs 2 credits when a valid mail route was established. It costs 0 when routing was not established or a technical failure on our side prevented an answer. A deliverable, risky or undeliverable result costs 10 credits, unless the input was malformed. Domain checks cost at most 2 credits under the same outcome rules. An unknown result leaves mailbox validity unresolved.
Is there a minimum purchase?
The minimum purchase is 100,000 credits. Below that amount, the calculator shows the minimum and does not offer a purchase. These credits cover at least 10,000 full email checks or 50,000 domain checks, or a combination of operations from either product.
Can I use the same credits in my account and through the APIs?
Yes. Both products draw from the same balance in your account or through their APIs. For a list of email addresses, your system sends one API request per address and saves the results. Emvero does not provide a file uploader or hosted bulk job.
Can I get an invoice?
Self-service purchases receive a receipt. Contact sales for invoicing or purchase orders through the enterprise route.
What happens if I run out of credits?
A new check cannot start unless your available balance covers its maximum charge. Credits already reserved for checks in progress remain assigned to those checks. Buy more credits before submitting new requests. If you are processing a list through the API, your own system controls when to pause and resume.
