Volume and procurement
Enterprise email verification
Contact sales for custom volume pricing, purchase orders, security review or agreed support terms. Enterprise uses the same verification service and APIs as self-service accounts. Your agreement sets out the purchasing and operational terms your organisation needs.

Conceptual email-verification flow. A request may reuse fresh evidence or return pending while work continues. Mailbox checks run in a separate network zone and do not send email.

What you can agree with sales
Custom volume pricing
Discuss your expected annual volume and purchasing requirements so sales can propose terms for your usage.
Named support
Agree a named contact, support coverage and response targets. These commitments are set out in your agreement.
Integration credentials
Use a separate API credential for each integration and revoke it without changing the others. These controls are also available to self-service accounts.
Service levels
Put availability targets, support response times and any service-credit terms in the service-level agreement (SLA).
API workflows
Where to check addresses in your system
Addresses you submit
Email addresses entered during registration or when accepting an invitation.
When to check
Call the API from your backend before creating the account record. Keep the API credential on your server.
What the API returns
A status, recommended action and reason codes. If the response is pending, retrieve the result after the returned retry interval.
How you use the result
Apply your signup policy to the evidence. Show suggested corrections and send your own confirmation email when mailbox control matters. Verification does not establish that the user owns the address.
Addresses you submit
Email addresses from your existing customer database or a list you are preparing to import.
When to check
Your system sends one request per address before an import or when existing evidence needs updating. Emvero does not provide a file uploader or hosted bulk job.
What the API returns
A status, recommended action and reason codes for each completed check. Your system saves those fields against the corresponding record.
How you use the result
Use your sending policy to separate addresses with permanent technical failures from those needing review. Verification does not establish permission to send marketing messages.
Addresses you submit
Email addresses submitted through lead forms, event registrations or partner referrals.
When to check
Check an address before your system scores, routes or follows up on the lead.
What the API returns
A status, recommended action and reason codes identifying findings such as a disposable domain, role account or likely typo.
How you use the result
Use the findings in your lead-handling rules. A role account or disposable domain may need different treatment; neither signal alone establishes that the address is invalid.
Security and procurement
Information for your security review
The security page describes how verification handles data. Ask sales for the processing terms and supporting documents your procurement review requires.
How the service handles requests
- Mailbox checks stop before message data is sent. No verification email is delivered.
- The API returns structured evidence and reason codes, without raw mail-server reply text.
- Integration credentials can be revoked independently.
- Requests are limited per caller and source network.
- SMTP probe evidence does not trigger rejection. Deterministic failures, such as malformed input or a nonexistent domain, can.
- The request service and mailbox-check workers use separate network zones and outbound-connection policies.
Processing terms and documentation
- Encryption: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest
- Retention and deletion: Verification records are retained for 30 days. Deletion is available on request.
- Processing and storage: EEA only; stored in Germany
- Data processing agreement (DPA): Signed on request
- Certifications: None held today
- Sub-processors: Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting and storage in Germany; FastVPS OÜ for the probe fleet in the EEA, with a planned move to OVHcloud; Google for website analytics. Analytics cookies and product events require consent.
“Procurement had three months of questions and we answered them in one call, because the answers were already written down. Twelve million addresses through the API since, and the number that matters is the one that stopped moving: our sender reputation.”
Discuss your purchasing requirements
Tell sales your expected volume, where verification fits into your system, and which security documents or purchasing terms you need. If the standard terms meet your requirements, use the pricing page to buy credits directly.
